Denton attorney Camille Milner has been recognized by Collaborative Divorce Texas as a Master Credentialed Collaborative Professional.
Milner was formally presented with the designation at the annual State Bar of Texas Collaborative Spring Conference in Austin on March 22nd. The achievement of this designation demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards of collaborative practice. She is the first attorney in Denton County to receive this recognition. There are 20 only divorce professionals in Texas to have received this honor.
To be recognized as a Master Credentialed Collaborative Professionals requires a professional to have satisfied rigorous standards of education and training, to have demonstrated substantial case experience, passed a peer reference process and provided notable leadership and service to the collaborative community. Milner served as the president of Collaborative Divorce Texas in 2016-17.
“I am deeply honored to be recognized as a Master Credentialed Collaborative Professional” said Milner, “because I have dedicated my law practice to this type of divorce process. I sincerely believe that if divorce is the only option for a marriage that Collaborative Divorce is simply a better way for couples to end their marriage.” The Collaborative Divorce process gives couples the opportunity to confidentially create their own customized divorce, focusing on protecting their families and preserving their resources and assets through solution-oriented interest-based negotiation.
